Description

Objective: To inspect and assess the current condition and performance of the customer’s pool heater to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation. Service Included: - Visual Inspection: Check heater exterior for signs of corrosion, leaks, or physical damage. Inspect plumbing connections, gas/electrical lines, and fittings for proper installation and condition. - Operational Test: Turn on the heater and verify ignition and flame operation. Check water flow, pressure, and temperature rise during operation. Confirm the heater cycles on and off correctly. - Safety & Efficiency Checks: Test safety switches and sensors. Inspect exhaust and ventilation for proper airflow and clearance. Verify gas pressure (for gas heaters) or electrical connections (for electric/heat pump models). - Report & Recommendations: Provide a summary of inspection findings. Recommend any repairs, replacements, or maintenance needed to ensure optimal performance and safety. Exclusions: Replacement of parts, or repairs not specified above (these will be quoted separately if needed).
